How much does Christmas light installation cost?
Every job is priced after a free estimate. A single roofline and a whole yard with trees and wreaths are different jobs. Your price includes install, take-down and storage.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. The estimate is free and there is no obligation. Call 1-888-38-SANTA or send the form.
Do you take the lights down after the holidays?
Yes. Take-down is included with every install, and so is storage. You never climb a ladder at either end of the season.
Can I rent the lights instead of buying them?
Yes. We rent Christmas lights and we sell them. Install, take-down and storage are included either way.
Do you install Hanukkah lights?
Yes. We install blue-and-white Hanukkah displays on homes and businesses. You can light for Christmas, Hanukkah, or both.
Will the lights turn on and off by themselves?
Yes. Every install comes with timers that switch your lights on and off on their own.
What kinds of lights do you use?
We use LED or classic mini-lights in your pick of 25 colors. We also hang rope lights, snowflakes, starbursts, lit figures and animated displays.
Can I choose the design?
Yes. You can tell us where every light goes and we just do the labor. If you want ideas, our crew has plenty.
Will the lights damage my roof or gutters?
We treat every home as our own. We hang everything with care so it leaves no lasting marks when it comes down.
What if a light goes out during the season?
Call us. We keep your display looking right all season long.
Do you decorate businesses?
Yes. We light storefronts, office buildings, towns and holiday parties across Long Island.
When should I book?
As early as you can. Call or send the form and we will tell you the open install dates.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve Nassau County and Suffolk County, including the North Fork and the Hamptons. Our crew is based in Huntington Station.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Christmas Home Decorators is licensed and insured, and has been hanging lights on Long Island for over 30 years.
